Where the Light Gets In can be found on the first floor of an old coffee warehouse in Stockport Old Town.
The dining room accommodates only 30 guests, creating an intimate and personal experience. Produce from their own farm lays the roots of the menu, together with the efforts of those farmers and fisherman they work with.
For those reasons, Where the Light Gets In offers no choice, but instead invites guests to experience their ever-evolving menu, bending slightly day to day with weather patterns, sea conditions and the earth’s response.
An evening experience lasts around three hours, and your table is yours for the evening.
